1. Who we are

PRCStock.COM ("PRCStock", "we", "us") is a B2B marketplace operated from Klaipėda, Lithuania, connecting suppliers based in China with business buyers in Europe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform.

2. Who can use PRCStock

PRCStock is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. It is intended for use by companies, sole proprietors, and other business entities acting in the course of their trade — not by private individuals acting as consumers. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business.

3. Accounts and verification

Supplier accounts go through a review step before activation:

• You confirm your email address via the link we send you.
• Our team reviews your account before it is activated — this usually takes one business day.
• We may request additional information at any time if something about an account needs clarifying.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including company details, product listings, and any self-certification you make regarding compliance with applicable law. Suppliers confirm, when listing products, that those products comply with applicable EU product law.

5. What PRCStock is — and is not

PRCStock provides a platform for suppliers and buyers to find each other and communicate. Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific service:

• We are not a party to the commercial contract between a supplier and a buyer.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, request, or message posted by users.
• Our warehouse verification (e.g. "Samples in EU" badges) confirms that samples are physically present at a verified location — it is not a certification of product quality or compliance.
• Users engaging a third-party broker or agent through or alongside PRCStock do so under separate terms with that party.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use PRCStock to post fraudulent, counterfeit, or illegal listings; to misrepresent your identity, company, or products; to harass or spam other users; or to attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures.

7. Reporting content

If you believe a listing or piece of content on PRCStock is illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise violates these Terms, you can report it using the "Report" link on the relevant page, or by contacting us directly. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRCStock is not liable for losses arising from transactions, communications, or agreements between users, or from reliance on information provided by other users of the platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
